President Trump's first press conference since the election

According to President Trump he will be distributing the vaccine to all states in America EXCEPT NY. What? So Governor Cuomo will risk the lives of thousands of people because he doesn't like Trump and thinks the origins of the vaccination are a little sketchy?? Makes no sense. It will continue to be a pandemic in NY uneccessarily? Someone needs to knock some sense into Cuomo stat!
